SIT Programming School Company Policy

Minimum Class Size

Please note that we require a minimum of 3 students to start a class. You will be fully refunded if the class minimum is not fulfilled.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel your registration for any of our courses for any reason whatsoever (other than medical leave evidenced by a medical certificate) the following refund policy applies:

1. 100% refund if written notice of any cancellation is received by us at least 7 calendar days before the start date of the course.

2. No refund is given if written notice of any cancellation is received by us less than 7 calendar days before the start date of the course. 100% credit will be applied to any other course (subject to availability). If a course of a lower value is selected as a replacement, no refund of the difference in course fees will be given

Missed Classes and Make-Up Classes

SIT PS offers structured and outcome-driven courses to equip our students with the necessary programming proficiencies to progress through our learning roadmap. Full attendance for each course is important to ensure that students are able to progress smoothly in their learning journey.

For a missed lesson, the student will receive all necessary materials used in class. Subject to the availability of the teacher, a consultation (up to 30 min) can be arranged after the student has done classwork and homework necessary exercises.

Marketing Consent

By purchasing this course, photographs and/or videos may be taken during the class or event for marketing and publicity purposes.

Minimum Technical Requirements

It is necessary to have a good Internet connection and the basic tools (microphone, video camera, mouse) to take a lesson. SIT Programming School is not responsible for the technical issues that can emerge during a lesson (bad internet connection, problems with the microphone). If there are any technical issues that prevent teaching the lesson on the side of a student (e. g. bad internet connection, problems with microphone, etc.) the money is not subjected to refund.
